Higher Booking in Q4 FY26 primarily driven by launch of Ashiana AarohamPhase 1 & 2, Gururam (value of area sold at launch INR 833 Cr). • 234 units were booked in Q1 FY27 vis-à-vis 665 units booked in Q4 FY26 and 407 units booked in Q1 FY26. • Acquired a piece of land admeasuring 28.55 acres (approx.) on outright purchase basis at Vadgaon, Taluka -Maval, District -Pune – 412106, Maharashtra.
