Well Positioned to Capitalize on India’s Senior Living Opportunity
• Large & Growing Demand Opportunity:
India’s elderly population is rising rapidly driven by increasing life expectancy, nuclear family structures, and
changing urban lifestyles.
• Highly Underpenetrated Segment:
Organized senior-focused residential communities remain significantly underpenetrated despite growing
demand for age-specific living ecosystems.
• Lifestyle-Led Residential Ecosystem:
Senior Living communities focus on wellness, safety, healthcare access, engagement, and hassle-free
community living.
• Need-Based & Resilient Demand:
Demand is driven by lifestyle rather than speculative buying, supporting stronger customer stickiness.
