Fermenta Biotech Ltd has announced the voting results of its 74th Annual General Meeting, where all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority. The company has declared a dividend of Rs. 3.75 per equity share and appointed a new director in place of Ms. Rajeshwari Datla. The resolutions related to the appointment and continuation of Ms. Datla as a Non-Executive Director were also approved.
