Key Business Developments & Diversification • Awarded two HAM projects aggregating ₹2,569 million by Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural) under the Namami Gange Programme — ₹1,301 million for a 60 MLD STP at Lohta and ₹1,268 million for a 45 MLD STP at Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar, Varanasi, to be executed through wholly owned SPVs. • Secured a ₹ 1,135 million EPC and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) project from Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Limited for water infrastructure development in Gujarat. • Company strengthened its renewable energy portfolio through its step-down subsidiary, Suyog Urja Limited, which secured a ₹ 2,075 million contract from CGE 30 Hybrid Energy Private Limited for land aggregation and Balance of Plant (BoP) work for a hybrid renewable energy project, scheduled for completion by June 30, 2027. Order Book: Order book stood at over ₹67,208 million, comprising a Water & Wastewater Treatment execution order book of over ₹26,962 million, a Renewable Energy order book of over ₹29,080 million, and an O&M order book of over ₹11,166 million.
