Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Allahabad
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (Listing Obligations
and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Hon’ble CESTAT,
Allahabad vide its order dated August 10th,2026 has allowed the Company’s appeal and set aside
Order-in-Original No. 04/Commissioner/ST/Noida/2017-18 dated July 27th,2017 passed by the Office
of the Commissioner, Central Goods & Services Tax Commissionerate, Noida.
Accordingly, the demand of ₹22.85 Crores, along with applicable interest and equivalent penalty,
confirmed against the Company under Section 73 of the Finance Act, 1994, stands set aside,
resulting in a favourable outcome for the Company.
The Department has the right to appeal against the aforesaid order before the appropriate higher
forum, as permissible under law.
