Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of
India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing
Regulations”).
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, this is to inform that the Company has received
a Show Cause-cum-Demand Notice (“Notice”) dated August 6, 2026 from the Office of the
Commissioner of Central Tax, Kolkata Audit-I CGST & CX Commissionerate, concerning the
short payment of tax under RCM along with irregular availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC)
claimed by the Company for the assessment period from the financial year 2021-22 to 2023-2024.
The said Notice was received by the Company on August 11, 2026.
The total tax demanded under the said Notice aggregates to ₹ 1,80,43,529/- (Rupees one crore
eighty lakh forty three thousand five hundred twenty nine only), along with applicable interest
under Section 50 of the CGST Act and a penalty equivalent to the tax amount under Section 74
of the CGST Act.
The Company is in discussions with its tax advisors and evaluating the same. The Company will
pursue legal remedies as may be available and advised.

There is no immediate impact on the financials, operations, or other activities of the Company.
