Mr. Swapnil Deosthali will cease to be the Head of the Company’s Digital Industries Business, effective 16th August 2026 as he is taking up a new role within Siemens. 2. Mr. Suprakash Chaudhuri will take responsibility as Interim Head of the Company’s Digital Industries Business, effective 17th August 2026. Brief profile of Mr. Chaudhuri is as under. Mr. Suprakash Chaudhuri is Head of Digital Industries, Asia-Pacific, and a member of the Global Sales Leadership of Digital Industries. Over his 30+ years of cross-industry experience, he has been helping businesses of all sizes increase their digital resilience by transforming them into digital enterprises. Prior to assuming his regional role, he was the Head of the Company’s Digital Industries business, prior to which he led Siemens Digital industries Software in India. Mr. Chaudhuri has been associated with leading global technology and consulting companies like Ernst & Young, SAP and Oracle. He was previously a Partner with EY India’s Advisory business and was engaged with manufacturing & consumer companies helping them drive business outcomes by leveraging technology. Prior to that, he served as the Managing Director, SAP Indian sub-continent, and also held numerous sales management and leadership positions in Oracle. He also co-chairs the FICCI Technology Committee and plays an active role in helping the industry. Mr. Chaudhuri is based out of India and is an engineering graduate and a post-graduate in Business Management from IMT, Ghaziabad. 3. Ms. Sapna Rawat will cease to be the Finance Head of the Company’s Digital Industries Business, effective 16th August 2026, further to her resignation from the Company. (her resignation letter is enclosed) 4. Mr. Ashish Handa will take responsibility as the Interim Finance Head of the Company’s Digital Industries Business., effective 17th August 2026. Brief profile of Mr. Handa is as under: Mr. Ashish Handa is based in India and is a senior finance and business leader with over 25 years of experience across India and Europe, spanning business finance, strategy, assurance, investments and transformation. He is currently Head of Finance for the Asia Pacific Zone of Siemens Digital Industries’ Automation business, with responsibility for India, ASEAN, South Korea, Japan and Australia. Prior to assuming his current role, he held global leadership responsibilities in Siemens’ Controlling and Finance Assurance function. He served as Global Head for audits at Digital Industries and as Global Head for Digitalization and IT assurance, leading a 25-member team across Germany, the USA and China. Prior to joining Siemens, he has worked with Jubilant Lifesciences and KPMG India, among others. Mr. Handa completed the Post-Graduate Program in Management at the Indian School of Business, where he was awarded the Chairman’s All-Rounder Gold Medal. He is a Chartered Accountant and a rank holder at both the Intermediate and Foundation examinations and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi – Shri Ram College of Commerce.
