BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS
1. Opened IRA by Orchid, Bhavnagar, a 50-key leased property, strengthening KHIL’s presence in Gujarat and
catering to business, leisure and pilgrimage demand.
2. Signed an agreement to manage a 63-key Orchid hotel in Dwarka, Gujarat, with the property expected to be
operational by December 2026, targeting rising pilgrimage and leisure demand.
3. Occupancy for Q1-FY27 improved to 66% compared to 55% in the same quarter last year, due to strong
domestic leisure travel and MICE events.
4. Profitability strengthened significantly, with EBITDA margin expanding 530 Bps YoY to 27% and PAT margin
improving 559 Bps YoY to 11% in Q1 FY27, reflecting stronger margin conversion.
5. Average Room Rate (ARR) moderated during the quarter, primarily due to the addition of newly operational
properties, which are currently in the ramp-up phase.
