Raising of Equity Capital through permissible mode. 2. Draft notice of Annual General Meeting and appointment of Scrutinizer for the same. 3. Any other business with the permission of Chair. The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 11th August, 2026 till 16th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
