The Company has duly intimated the Stock Exchanges regarding the same under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. b) The Company confirms that there is no information relating to the aforesaid matter which remains undisclosed to the Stock Exchanges. c) There are no regulatory/legal proceedings relating to the aforesaid matter.
