Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the Annual Report of Sayaji Hotels Limited (“the
Company”) for the Financial Year 2025-26 along with the Notice convening the 43rd Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of the Company.
The 43rd AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 4th September, 2026 at 11:30
A.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"), in
compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The deemed venue of the AGM
shall be the Registered Office of the Company situated at 441, 942/1942, T P No. 66, Near
Bhimnath Bridge, Sayajiganj, Vadodara, Gujarat 390020 India.
