In this regard, we wish to clarify that the Company has made all necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations. Further, as on date, the Company is not aware of any information, event or announcement, including any impending announcement, which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price movement of the Company's securities and which has not already been disclosed to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with the Listing Regulations. The movement in the price of the Company's securities is purely market-driven and the Company is not aware of any undisclosed material information in accordance with the Listing Regulations that may have contributed to such movement.
