Details of violations observed under Code of Mr. Ashutosh Patil-Designated Conduct Person has inadvertently traded (contra trade) in equity shares of the Company and hence it is considered as violation of regulation 9 read with clause 10 of Schedule B of SEBI PIT Regulations and the CoC adopted by the Company. 5. Action taken by Listed company/ Intermediary/ The Company has issued a warning Fiduciary letter to Mr. Ashutosh Patil- Designated Person to strictly adhere to the provisions of the SEBI PIT Regulations and CoC and also to remain diligent and be in complete compliance with the CoC henceforth to avoid any actions for any subsequent violations. Accordingly, Mr. Ashutosh Patil has provided apology letter for trading (contra trade) in equity shares of the Company. 6. Reasons recorded in writing for taking action He has admitted that the trade stated above executed was purely unintentional and due to oversight. 7.
