Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Shri Rajesh Gupta (DIN: 11881983) as Part-time Govt. Nominee Director w.e.f. 10/08/2026 in accordance with Ministry of Railways, Government of India letter No. 2022/PL/57/10 dated 10/08/2026. 2. ln compliance with SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMPI 14 12018-19 dated June 20, 2018, and as per the records, this is to confirm that Shri Rajesh Gupta has not been debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. 3. Director on the Board of RailTel Corporation appointment/ re- of India Limited w.e.f. 10/08/2026. appointment 3 Brief profile (in case of Shri Rajesh Gupta belongs to 1992 exam batch of appointment) Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE), carries rich experience in Signalling, Telecommunication and Information Technology fields involving planning, implementation and commissioning of Infrastructure and IT projects over IR such as Relay and Electronic Interlocking, Automatic Signalling, Doubling, Multi-Tracking, MIS. He is presently working as Principal Executive Director/Signal Modernization in Railway Board, Ministry of Railways. He has served at various positions in Northern Railway, East Central Railway, Railway Board and also on deputation to Centre for Railway Information Systems (under Ministry of Railways) dealing with construction and maintenance of Signalling & Telecom systems and development of Information Technology Systems. He has ample experience in maintenance of Modern Signalling Systems of IR and has also worked as Divisional Railway Manager at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Nagar.
