Outcome of Board Meeting

Starteck Finance Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The company reported a net profit of ₹2,692.91 crore, a significant increase from ₹500.80 crore in the same quarter last year. The company also approved an enabling resolution to raise funds up to ₹1,500 Crores through various modes, including QIP, FPO, ADR, GDR, rights issue, debt issue, and preferential issue.
