Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. N. A. Shah Associates LLP, (FRN: 116560W / W100149), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy arose due to the resignation of M/s. Patwa and Shah, (FRN: 131057W), Chartered Accountants, for the period of 05 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of 21st Annual General Meeting to the conclusion 26th Annual General Meeting and fix the remuneration payable thereof, subject to the approval of Members at the forthcoming 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
