This initiative is aligned with EQUIPPP's proven strategy of generating standalone IP revenue by offering its proprietary "Concept-to-Commissioning" approach of evolving Public-Private Partnerships and Cross Sector Collaborations. Historically, EQUIPPP has successfully adopted a similar institutional model through initiatives such as Karya Foundation (TTD ICCC), BFSI Consortium (Government of Telangana), and Blue Cross Hyderabad (GHMC), where the Company either incorporated or partnered with non-profit institutions, deployed its proprietary IP, technology platforms, professionals and programme management capabilities, and subsequently generated recurring revenues through technology, implementation, licensing, M&A and professional services without any cost to the government. Establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) In line with the MoU and the related Constituency Development Exchange (CDX) business opportunities, and to initiate implementation through a pilot project, the Board approved the establishment of a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, supervising, monitoring, and reviewing the execution of the pilot project while creating a scalable implementation framework for future CDX opportunities. 3. Appointment of Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao as Additional Director The Board approved the appointment of Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao (DIN: 02159947) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) of the Company. 4. Authorisation of Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao to Lead the PMO The Board authorised Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao to lead/act as an Advisor/Interim Officer of the Project Management Office (PMO) for creating the structure and business model for the effective implementation of the pilot project.
