Message
India’s textile industry is entering an encouraging phase, supported by the country’s
growing role in international sourcing, resilient exports and continued policy support.
As sourcing patterns evolve, customers are placing greater emphasis on quality,
innovation, differentiation and responsible manufacturing. While cotton, raw-material
and energy costs and changing trade policies require continued agility, measures to
improve cotton availability and ease input-cost pressures provide a constructive
outlook for the textile value chain.
Our presence across suitings, furnishing fabrics and yarns provides a strong base to
capture emerging opportunities. We see scope to enhance value addition, strengthen
differentiated offerings and expand our overseas presence. The India–UK FTA provides
a meaningful platform for new business, and we are confident of leveraging it through
focused initiatives and suitable offerings. With India’s competitive position
strengthening and global sourcing becoming more diversified, we remain optimistic
about the road ahead and committed to creating sustainable long-term value for all
stakeholders.

Message
The first quarter of FY27 reflected meaningful improvement in operating performance,
supported by stronger business activity and focused execution. Revenue from
operations stood at ₹169.7 crore, registering growth of 7.4% YoY and 14.8% QoQ.
EBITDA increased 14.2% YoY to ₹14.4 crore, with the margin improving to 8.5%. PAT
stood at ₹1.7 crore, registering 3.7x growth YoY. Sequentially, EBITDA improved
39.4% QoQ, reflecting stronger operating leverage and the benefits of continued
emphasis on execution, cost discipline and efficiency.
Looking ahead, our priorities remain focused on higher capacity utilisation, better
product mix and cost efficiency. Export demand, particularly from Africa, has improved,
creating scope to expand our international business. The evolving US tariff
environment will become clearer in the coming quarters, while India’s expanding trade
network is opening new avenues for textile exports. The India–New Zealand FTA,
signed in April 2026, and the India–Oman CEPA further support this outlook, subject to
their respective entry-into-force processes. We remain optimistic about sustaining
business momentum and improving profitability and margins in the coming quarters.
