Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 15,24,01,781 (consisting of 15,24,01,781 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each) to ₹ 15,24,06,634 (consisting of 15,24,06,634 equity shares of face value of ₹ 1 each).
