In this regard, we wish to inform that pursuant to Regulation 60 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, 21st August 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining eligible NCRPS holders of the Company who will be entitled to receive the payment of full and final redemption amount of Rs.10 per NCRPS and coupon payment at the rate of 6% per annum on the redemption amount of Rs.10 per NCRPS. Post the redemption, the NCRPS shall stand redeemed and extinguished effective 1st September 2026. Since the NCRPS will stand fully redeemed effective 1st September 2026, ISIN: INE494B04019 pertaining to the said NCRPS will be deactivated as per the process followed by the Stock Exchanges.
