The mega environmental drives, organized across 10 states, brought together HCLTech employees, their families, nonprofit partners, women’s collectives, youth and other community members. The initiatives form part of HCLFoundation's broader sustainability efforts that seek to strengthen ecosystems, conserve natural resources and inspire community participation in environmental stewardship. HCLFoundation has greened 74,000 acres of land to date, bringing them under community management. More than 155 billion liters of water have been harvested to date, creating a habitat for biodiversity and strengthening water security for some of India’s most stressed communities.
