In this regard, we wish to inform you that there was an inadvertent typographical error in
Point No. 1 of the aforesaid announcement with respect to the day and date of the Annual
General Mee(cid:415)ng(s), which was erroneously men(cid:415)oned as "Monday, 29th September 2025"
instead of "Saturday, 29th August 2026".
The corrected Point No. 1 is reproduced below for your reference:
1. Fixed the Date, Time and Mode of 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 32nd Annual General
Mee(cid:415)ng (AGM) as on Saturday, 29th August 2026 at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 12:30
p.m., 1:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. (IST) respec(cid:415)vely, through Video Conference ("VC") /
Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") facility.
All other par(cid:415)culars, including Points No. 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the announcement dated August 07,
2026, remain unchanged and shall con(cid:415)nue to be read as originally in(cid:415)mated.
