Secures New Business Worth Over ₹75 Crore, Strengthening Leadership Across Transportation, Fly Ash Logistics and 3PL & Warehousing Ritco Logistics Ltd., one of India's leading integrated logistics and supply chain solutions providers, continued its strong growth momentum by securing new business worth over ₹75 crore across its Transportation, Fly Ash Logistics and 3PL & Warehousing business verticals. The new business reflects Ritco's continued focus on expanding long-term customer partnerships, diversifying its service portfolio, and strengthening its position as an end-to-end logistics solutions provider serving key industrial sectors across India. Transportation Vertical – Key Contract Wins Polymer & Petrochemical Segment – Major Contribution (~₹24 Crore)  Secured a significant one-year transportation contract worth approximately ₹23.95 crore from OPAL, covering movements from Gujarat to East, North-1, North-3 and South-3 regions.  The contract reinforces Ritco's strong position in polymer logistics and demonstrates its capability to execute high-volume, multi-location transportation operations with operational excellence. Steel, Engineering & Industrial Logistics  Secured a 6-month transportation contract from RINL for movements from Vizag to Nagpur.  Awarded a one-year transportation contract from Pidilite Industries for movements from Raipur to multiple destinations.  Secured a one-year contract from BHEL for project cargo movements from Jagdishpur to Anuppur.  Additional contracts from Balmer Lawrie and GMPL further strengthened Ritco's presence across strategic industrial corridors. Fly Ash Logistics – Accelerating Growth (~₹45.50 Crore)  Ritco commenced three major Fly Ash transportation projects for Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd. (MEIL) in Bihar with a combined contract value of approximately ₹45.50 crore.  The three contracts are valued at ₹12 crore, ₹15 crore, and ₹18.50 crore, respectively, and support large-scale infrastructure development projects in Bihar.  These prestigious projects further strengthen Ritco's position as a leading logistics partner for Fly Ash transportation and reinforce its strategic focus on infrastructure-linked bulk logistics. 3PL & Warehousing – Expanding Integrated Logistics Services  Ritco also secured a one-year Rate Contract from OPAL for managing two warehousing facilities located at Kheda and Vapi, Gujarat.  The contract marks another significant milestone in the Company's growing 3PL & Warehousing business and highlights customers' confidence in Ritco's capability to deliver integrated warehousing and supply chain management solutions.  The addition further strengthens Ritco's strategy of providing comprehensive end-to-end logistics services beyond transportation. Sustained Growth & Business Mix The latest business additions reflect:  Total new business exceeding ₹75 crore, providing healthy revenue visibility for the coming months.  Strong contribution from the Polymer & Petrochemical sector along with substantial expansion in the Fly Ash Logistics business.  Continued diversification into integrated logistics services through strategic growth in the 3PL & Warehousing segment.  A healthy mix of transportation, infrastructure, warehousing and bulk logistics contracts from leading customers across multiple industry sectors.  Reinforcement of Ritco's position as an integrated logistics solutions provider with capabilities spanning transportation, warehousing and specialized logistics services. Information Technology 1. Data Loss Prevention Enhancement: Data protection capabilities have been expanded to reduce the risk of sensitive information exposure. 2. Privileged Access Modernization: Privileged access controls have been enhanced to strengthen administrative account governance. 3. Backup & Cyber Recovery Modernization: Cyber recovery capabilities have been enhanced to improve resilience against ransomware and operational disruptions. Key Trucksup Updates: 1. In June, FASTag GMV on the TrucksUp platform crossed ₹80 Crore, with a total of 9,162 FASTags issued to date, registering a ~10% month-on-month increase in transaction value. This continued growth reflects deepening adoption among fleet operators consolidating their highway toll payments through the platform, further reinforcing TrucksUp's position as a trusted end-to-end commercial vehicle management solution. 2. In June, 1,900+ digital fuel cards were issued on the TrucksUp platform, up from 1,200+ in May, reflecting sustained month-on-month growth in adoption. The platform continues to strengthen its role as the preferred channel for structured fuel payment management, giving fleet operators greater control and visibility over fuel expenses. 3. TrucksUp have issued 1,150+ insurance policies in June, with a total premium value of ₹3.60 Crore. This marks a strong start for the insurance offering on the platform, positioning TrucksUp as an increasingly comprehensive solution for fleet operators' protection and risk management needs. 4. In the month of June, TrucksUp launched two new platforms: TrucksUpMAX for LFOs (Large Fleet Owners) and GoldPump for fuel station owners. These two platforms have strengthened our competitive advantage and enhanced our partnerships with enterprises as well as fleet owners.
