The Company has duly checked the system-driven disclosure mechanism at the respective stock exchanges; however, the aforesaid transaction is presently not being reflected/captured under the system-driven disclosure mechanism although the entry of the designated person is duly reflected on the designated depository portal. Initially, the Company was of the view that the non-reflection of the transaction could be attributable to a possible delay in the internal/system processing. However, upon further verification, the Company communicated the matter to the respective stock exchange(s). As of date, no conclusive resolution to the issue has been received, and it appears that resolution of the same may take some further time. Accordingly as an abundant precaution and to ensure compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements, the Company is making the disclosure manually under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The Company respectfully requests the Stock Exchange to kindly take the aforesaid disclosure on record and treat the same as compliance with the applicable disclosure requirements under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
