Subsequent to the Judgment by The Hon’ble NCLAT dated 13th July 2026, Appeals were filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by Suspended Board of Directors, through Ms. Gursimran Kaur Mann (Promoter) and Farmers in relation to the said NCLAT Judgment. The aforesaid appeal was disposed off as dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 07th August 2026.
