Ref: Update on Company Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) – Order by Hon'ble Supreme
Court dated 07th August 2026.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), and in continuation of the
Company's earlier announcement dated 14th July 2026, in relation to the Hon’ble NCLAT dismissed the
appeal filed by Ms. Gursimran Kaur Mann (Promoter) and disposed off the appeal filed by Surender
Pal Singh Mangat (Farmer) with certain directions.
Subsequent to the Judgment by The Hon’ble NCLAT dated 13th July 2026, Appeals were filed before
the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by Suspended Board of Directors, through Ms. Gursimran Kaur
Mann (Promoter) and Farmers in relation to the said NCLAT Judgment.
The aforesaid appeal was disposed off as dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court vide its order
dated 07th August 2026.
A copy of the said order, as downloaded from the website of Supreme Court of India, is annexed for
your immediate reference.

the claim of the farmer(s) who are statutorily mandated to
supply sugar to the linked sugar companies, stand on a totally
different footing.
5. We grant liberty to the appellant(s) to agitate this
issue in an appropriate proceedings that they may chose to
initiate before the adjudicating authority. As and when the
same are initiated, they will be decided in accordance with
law uninfluenced by any of the observations in the impugned
order(s) or in this order.
6. With the above observations, the Civil Appeal(s) is/are
disposed of.
