Approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. 2. Approved the appointment of Mj s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates, Cost Accountants as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the FY 2026 - 27. The remuneration payable to Mj s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates shall be placed before the shareholders for ratification at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
