Prior to this appointment, Mr. Sur served as Company Secretary & Head – Legal of Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited, a company listed on BSE and NSE, for close to a decade. In this role, he acted as Compliance Officer and the single point of ownership for corporate governance, secretarial compliance, legal advisory, litigation management and multi-location plant-level regulatory compliance, including oversight of subsidiary and overseas entities. 5.
