The Company hereby confirms that, as on date, there is no undisclosed price-sensitive information or material event having a bearing on the operations & performance of the Company or the price behaviour of its securities, which is required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In compliance with regulation 30, the Company has intimated all the events and information as may be applicable within prescribed time line to the exchange(s) including all price sensitive information.
