The Company has already disclosed this development to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Contract highlights: The mandate, granted on August 10, 2026, follows a competitive e-tender process. Beyond toll collection, the scope also extends to the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including recouping of consumable items. The engagement runs for a term of one year, with a broad commercial consideration of ₹83,29,29,635 (Rupees Eighty-Three Crore Twenty-Nine Lakh Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty-Five only) associated with the contract. This award marks a further addition to Innovision's toll management footprint, strengthening the Company's presence in Uttar Pradesh and building on its standing within NHAI's user fee collection framework.
