This is to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), please find enclosed
herewith Integrated Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-26 including the Notice
convening 31st Annual General Meeting ("Notice") sent to the members through electronic mode. The AGM of
the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conference
('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Secretarial Audit Report of material unlisted subsidiary also
forms part of this Annual Report.
The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 is also being made available
on the website of the Company at www.solargroup.com.
Further, to our outcome of the Board Meeting dated May 15, 2026 wherein we had intimated details relating
to Book Closure. Please note that the Company has fixed Tuesday, July 28, 2026 as the Record Date for
determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Payment
of dividend will be made on Thursday, August 20, 2026, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing
31st AGM of the Company.
