Mr. Gupta is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in the automotive and manufacturing industry. He brings extensive expertise in business strategy, operations management, business transformation, lean manufacturing, supply chain optimization, digital transformation, project management, financial planning, and organizational leadership. In his career Mr. Gupta has worked at various senior leadership positions with leading organizations, including Jamna Auto Industries, Hero Motors Company, Stellantis India, Metzeler Automotive, and Motherson Sumi. In his most recent role as Business Unit Head – Exports at Jamna Auto Industries, he has been leading export business operations and driving business process restructuring across the Group.
