The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors of the Company has vide a circular resolution has approved the allotment of 91,023 Equity Shares of ₹5/- each on July 20, 2026 to the eligible employees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Schemes detailed hereunder:  26,823 Equity Shares under the Intellect Stock Option Plan 2015 (ISOP 2015) Scheme.  64,200 Equity Shares under the Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 (IIPS 2018) Scheme. Consequently, the issued share capital and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to ₹ 70,13,33,505 divided into 14,02,66,701 Equity shares of face value of ₹ 5/- each. The new Equity shares issued shall rank pari- passu with the existing Equity shares.
