Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, we hereby submit
the Statement of Deviation/Variation in utilisation of issue proceeds for the
quarter ended June 30, 2026, in respect of the funds raised by the Company
through Preferential Allotment.
The Company had raised an amount of ₹5,991.84 lakhs through preferential
allotment made on July 24, 2025, to Yuken Kogyo Co. Ltd., Japan, Promoters of
the Company.
We confirm that there has been no deviation or variation in the utilisation of the
issue proceeds from the objects stated in the relevant fund-raising documents. The
proceeds are being utilised towards the stated object of expanding the business
activities and commencing the manufacturing of new products which shall be
exported to Yuken Group companies and other customers.
The aforesaid Statement of Deviation/Variation, duly reviewed by the Audit
Committee of the Company, is enclosed herewith for your information and records.
