Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026. This is in continuation to the disclosure dated 16th June 2026 wherein the Company had informed regarding inaugration of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) resin plant in India in collaboration with Lubrizol Advanced Materials India Private Ltd. With regard to the above, this is to inform that the CPVC Resin manufacturing Plant at Vilayat, Gujarat has commenced commercial production with a planned capacity of approximately 50,000 metric tonnes per annum. The facility represents a significant milestone in the Company's strategy to strengthen its downstream chlor-alkali derivatives portfolio and enhance domestic manufacturing capabilities under the "Make in India" initiative.
