Information regarding deduction of Tax at source: This is to further inform you that the Board at its meeting held on 19th May, 2026, has recommended a maiden final dividend of ₹ 0.40 (i.e. 20%) per equity share of the face value of ₹ 2 each for the financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on 14th July, 2026. The said dividend will be payable to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members or Register of Beneficial Owners of the Company on the Record Date i.e. 1st July, 2026. In accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 2025 ("IT Act"), dividend declared and paid by the Company is taxable in the hands of its Shareholders and the Company is required to deduct tax at source ("TDS") from dividend paid to the Shareholders at the applicable rates.
