IIL Announces Financial Results for Q1FY27
Delhi, August 11, 2026 : Insecticides (India) Limited (IIL), one of India’s leading fully
integrated crop protection and nutrition company, has announced its unaudited financial
results for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026.

Key Highlights
• The Company reported revenue of ₹612 crore in Q1FY27 as compared to ₹691 crore in Q1FY26, a
degrowth of 12%, primarily attributable to rainfall deficit across India.
• Gross Profit margins expanded 240 bps YoY through disciplined pricing actions
• Pan-India mega launch of GRANUVIA, a next-generation insecticide introduced in collaboration with
Corteva Agriscience, supported by extensive engagement with distributors, dealers and farmers.
Spinoace was also introduced during the quarter as part of the collaboration.
• KAEROS continued its strong trajectory, expanding its portfolio and distribution footprint while
reinforcing its position as a strategic growth lever
• Building on the strong farmer acceptance and demonstrated ROI, the Company plans to double the
number of IIL Crop Solutions (ICS plots) from the current 36, covering four major crops, rice, cotton,
chilli, and soybean, across 14 states.
• High-impact farmer outreach: 3,600+ farmers meetings, 600+ filed days, 1,400 + demonstrations in
different crops and 15,000+ famers visits in Q1FY27

supported by our diversified product portfolio, presence across key crops, strong
execution capabilities, and clear strategic direction. While deficient rainfall impacted near-
term revenue, pricing discipline and operating efficiencies helped stability in gross margin.
