It is hereby confirmed that Ms. Vartika Shukla is not debarred from holding office of director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other authority. Further, Ms. Vartika Shukla is also not related to any of the Directors of the Company and has confirmed his independence to the Board.
