Th e above standa tone fina nciaI resutts for the ended 30th J u ne, 2026 of Austin Engineering Company Limited ("the company") were reviewed by the Audit Committee at their meeting hetd on August 09,2026 and Subsequentty Approved by the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on August 11,2026. These financial resutts have been subjected to timited review by statutory auditor of the company and they have issued an unmodified review report on these unaudited standalone financiat resutts. 2. These financial. resuLts have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principtes taid down in accordance with the lndian Accounting Standard (lnd AS) 34: "lnterim Financiat Reporting", as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the act"), read with Companies (lndian Accounting Standards) rutes, 2015, as amended from time to time, and other accounting principtes generatty accepted in lndia and in terms of reguLation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBl") (Listing Obtigation and Disctosure Requirements) Regutation 2015 (as amended). 3. These financial. resutts have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (lndian Accounting Standards) ruies 20'15 (lnd AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 as appticabte and guidetines issued bythe Securities and Exchange Board of lnd ia (SEBI). 4. The Company has reassessed the identification of its operating segments in accordance with lnd AS 108, Operating Segments. The Chief Operating Decision Maker ("CODI'4") reviews the operating resuLts and flna nciat information of the Company as a whote for the purpose of making decisions about resources to be attocated and assessing performance. The Company has one wind power generation facltity, the electricity generated from which is utitized for captive consumption in its manufacturing operations. The financiat information retating to the wind power generation activity is inctuded in the overatL information reviewed by the CODM and its operating resutts are not separatety reviewed by the CODM for the purpose of resource attocation or performance assessment. Accordingty, the Company has determined that it has one operating segment, namely "Bearing", for the purposes of lnd AS 108. The wind power generation activity does not constitute a separate operating segment and, according[y, separate segment-wise information in respectthereof is not presented.
