The said results along with the review report are enclosed 2. NEW LINE OF BUSINESS Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of TCPL Packaging Limited, at its meeting held on August 11, 2026, has, inter alia, approved entering into new line of business of manufacturing lithium-ion battery separator films through a subsidiary company proposed to be incorporated for this purpose. (“TCPL Group”) The details of the new line of business, are as follows: Sr. Particulars Description 1. Industry or area to Manufacture of lithium-ion battery separator films, which are a which the new line of critical component of Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC) batteries business belongs to used in electric vehicles, grid-scale energy storage and other applications. The new business builds on TCPL’s established capabilities in specialized films, polymer processing, precision manufacturing, R&D, process control and stringent quality assurance. 2. Expected benefits The new line of business will enable the TCPL Group to participate in the ACC battery supply chain and position the TCPL Group within India’s rapidly expanding new-energy materials ecosystem. The proposed facility will have an initial capacity of 70 million square meters per annum, equivalent to supporting 6-8 GWh of lithium-ion battery cell production annually. Over a phased expansion horizon of 5-7 years, the TCPL Group envisages scaling to an annual production capacity of approximately 500 million square meters of separator film. The TCPL Group will implement the project over the next 18 months, with an initial focus on establishing the manufacturing infrastructure, developing and validating the product, completing customer qualification processes and building relationships with cell manufacturers. All necessary arrangements and cooperation required to operationalize and scale the new business will be entered into from time to time. 3. Estimated amount to Approximately Rs. 125 crores to be invested over the next 18 be invested in the months. new line of business Commercial production is targeted for Q4 FY2028. We have reviewed the accompanying Statement of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of TCPL PACKAGING LIMITED ("the Company") for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (the "Statement"), being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. 2. This Statement which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in the Indian Accounting Standards 34 "Interim Financial Reporting" ("Ind AS 34"), prescribed under section 133 of the Companies, Act 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India.
