Innovision Limited secures toll collection contract for Turup fee plaza on Ranchi bypass
from NHAI
New Delhi, India, 20th July, 2026 - Innovision Limited, an integrated infrastructure and services
platform, announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the National Highways
Authority of India (NHAI) for engagement as the user fee collection agency at the Turup fee
plaza on the Ranchi Bypass, Jharkhand, under NHDP Phase-III (EPC Package-1). The company
has already disclosed this development to the stock exchange under regulation 30 of the SEBI
(LODR) Regulation, 2015.
Contract highlights:
The order was granted on July 17, 2026, following a competitive bidding process conducted
through e-tender. The scope of the engagement covers toll collection operations at the plaza,
along with the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks, including the recouping of
consumable items.
The contract has been awarded for a period of one year and carries a commercial consideration
of ₹44,60,29,635 (Rupees Forty-Four Crore Sixty Lakh Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and
Thirty-Five only), representing the total value associated with the engagement.
This engagement adds to Innovision's existing portfolio of NHAI toll plazas and reinforces the
Company's presence within the toll collection ecosystem in Jharkhand. This contract reflects
Innovision's continued participation in NHAI's competitive tendering process for toll
management contracts across India.
Management Commentary:
Lt. Col. Randeep Hundal, Chairman & Managing Director, Innovision Limited,
commented, “The award of the Turup fee plaza contract on the Ranchi Bypass adds to
our toll management portfolio and reflects the consistency of our execution within
NHAI's user fee collection framework. This engagement extends our operational presence
into Jharkhand and represents the continuation of an approach we have followed in the
toll management vertical, i.e. participating in transparent, competitive bidding processes
and building the operational track record that supports eligibility for future awards.
This is a one-year contract awarded through competitive e-tender for user fee collection
and associated facility upkeep at a single plaza. Our growth in this vertical has consistently
come from the cumulative addition of plazas across states rather than from any individual
contract, and this award is representative of that pattern. Our toll management model
remains asset-light, with capital requirements largely working-capital in nature, allowing
the business to scale in a disciplined manner as our plaza portfolio expands.

India's toll collection sector continues to benefit from the ongoing expansion of NHAI's
tendering pipeline and the shift toward fully digital collection, which we view as a
structural rather than cyclical tailwind. The Company believes that technical qualification
requirements and execution experience are important factors in participating in
competitive NHAI tenders, subject to eligibility criteria and successful bid outcomes.
The commercial consideration disclosed in our regulatory filing reflects the overall
contract value and should be understood in the context of the toll collection model,
where the Company remits collections to NHAI and retains an agreed spread; it should not
be read as a proportionate addition to net revenue. As our operational plaza base grows,
the aggregate contribution across a diversified portfolio remains the more relevant
measure of the vertical's performance.
We remain focused on disciplined participation in NHAI's pipeline, prudent working capital
management, and consistent execution standards across our toll, manpower, and skill
development businesses, in line with our long-term commitment to sustainable and well-
governed growth."
