Corporate Overview Management Message Message from the Chairman Towards the close of the financial year, market conditions showed encouraging signs of improvement. Better product realisations, improved raw material availability, and continued operational discipline indicated a gradual recovery in the industry. For FY2026, the Company reported total income of ₹708.79 Crore, compared with ₹519.83 Crore in the previous year. Sales volumes remained stable despite planned maintenance shutdowns at certain manufacturing facilities. However, lower product realisations and elevated operating costs resulted in a loss after tax of ₹48.23 Crore. These results are clearly below our expectations and those of our shareholders.
