Management Message
Message from the Chairman
Towards the close of the financial year, market conditions
showed encouraging signs of improvement. Better
product realisations, improved raw material availability,
and continued operational discipline indicated a gradual
recovery in the industry. For FY2026, the Company reported
total income of ₹708.79 Crore, compared with ₹519.83 Crore
in the previous year. Sales volumes remained stable despite
planned maintenance shutdowns at certain manufacturing
facilities. However, lower product realisations and elevated
operating costs resulted in a loss after tax of ₹48.23 Crore.
These results are clearly below our expectations and those
of our shareholders. As Chairman, I believe it is important
to acknowledge this candidly. Equally important, however,
