Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has initiated the process for change of flag/re-registration of its vessel M.V. BHARADWAJ, bearing IMO No. 9290189, which is presently registered under the Indian Flag with the Registrar of Indian Ships, Chennai Port. The Company proposes to change the flag/registration of the vessel from the Indian Flag to the Flag of St. Kitts & Nevis (SKN), subject to completion of all applicable statutory, regulatory and other requisite approvals, permissions, registrations and formalities from the concerned authorities. The proposed change of flag / re-registration is being undertaken as part of the Company’s ongoing business and operational strategy and is expected to provide greater operational flexibility in the deployment and utilisation of the vessel, facilitate ease of doing business in international operations, and support the Company’s international business activities, operational efficiency and future growth opportunities. The Company proposes to complete the relevant statutory and regulatory formalities in connection with the registration of the vessel under the St. Kitts & Nevis Maritime Registry, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
