• Revenue from operations at Rs. 80 ,170 mn, up 22% over last year .
• R&D investment s for the quarter stood at Rs. 6,424 mn ( 8% of revenues).
• EBITDA for the quarter was Rs. 19,294 mn, down 8% y -o-y. EBITDA margin for the
quarter stood at 24.1%.
• Net Profit for the quarter was Rs. 9,398 mn, down 36% y -o-y.
• Capex (organic) for the quarter was Rs. 5,852 mn.
• Net Debt to Equity ratio as on 30th June 202 6 was 0. 22x while Net Debt to EBITDA
stood at 0. 70x at the end of June 202 6.

FY27 is off to a strong, profitable start. We continue advancing into an innovation -led,
patient-centric organization. Our branded portfolio now exceeds 55% of revenues.
Notably, the share of branded sales in the US reached 11% and will continue to expand
with the upcoming Saroglitazar launch. Backed by diverse manufacturing and robust
quality systems, we will further strengthen our core businesses and expand our market
share. Driven by execution rigor and acquisition synergies, we are well -positioned for o ur
next growth phase.

India Formulations business
• Registered revenues of Rs. 18,158 mn, up 20% y -o-y. The business accounted for
23% of consolidated revenues.
• The business has consistently outperformed IPM growth over the last 3 financial
years .
• Growth during the quarter was broad based as the business grew faster than
the market in super -specialty , chronic and acute segments.
• In terms of therap eutic performance , outpaced IPM growth in key therapies of
Cardiology, Diabetology, Gynaecology, Anti -infectives, Pain Management and in
super specialty areas of Oncology and Nephrology .
• Ranking improved in key therapies of Cardiology, Diabetology and Pain
Management while on the super specialty front, retain ed leadership position in
Oncology segment.
• Large innovative brands led by Lipaglyn ® continue to strengthen their market
standing and improve their rankings quarter after quarter, underscoring the
impact of innovation on improved patient outcomes.
• Share of chronic and sub chronic portfolio has increased consistently over last
several years and stood at 54.2%, an improvement of 360 bps over the last 4
years (Source: AWACS MAT June 2026 data).
North America formulations business
• Registered revenues of Rs. 30,979 mn, down 3% y -o-y and up 5% q-o-q. The
business accounted for 40% of consolidated revenues.
• In constant currency terms, the business registered revenues of US$ 327 mn.
• US base business continued to gain market share driven by sustained volume
expansion supplemented by new products launches.
• In the US generics space, filed 5 ANDAs , received approval for 9 ANDAs
(including 4 tentative approvals ) and l aunched 11 new products during the
quarter.
• On the US specialty front ,
o Launched NUFYMCO ™ (Ranibizumab) injection, the company’s first
biosimilar in the US market.
o Completed the acquisition of Assertio Holdings, significantly
strengthen ing presence in the US specialty space .
• In Canada, received 2 ANDS approvals and launched 2 new products during the
quarter.
International Markets formulations business
• Registered revenues of Rs. 9,735 mn, up 34% y-o-y. The business accounted for
12% of consolidated revenues.
• Growth was led by strong demand -driven performance across markets and
supported by focused execution.
API business
• Registered revenues of Rs. 1,804 mn, up 15% y -o-y. The business accounted for
2% of consolidated revenues.
Alliances & Others
• Registered revenues of Rs. 224 mn, down 11% y -o-y. The business accounted for
0.3% of consolidated revenues.
Consumer Wellness business
• Registered revenues of Rs. 14,292 mn, up 6 7% y -o-y. The business accounted for
18% of consolidated revenues.
• Domestic business grew 5% y-o-y. Skin & hair care brands and food & nutrition
brands registered 3 5% and 16% y-o-y growth respectively . Seasonal brands ,
however, de-grew primarily due to the softer summer season .
• International business, including the Comfort Click business, delivered 25%
growth on a like -to-like basis .
MedTech business
• Registered revenues of Rs. 2,828 mn. The business accounted for 4% of
consolidated revenues.
• The company is investing in enhancing its capabilities in focused therapies which
offer long -term growth potential to create differentiated value.
Updates on Operations and Compliance
• Injectable manufacturing facility at Zydus Biotech Park received an
Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI)
classification following a GMP surveillance inspection conducted in April -May
2026.
Updates on Innovation Pipeline
NCE Research
• The USFDA granted priority review to the New drug Application (NDA) of
Saroglitazar Magnesium for the treatment of Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) .
• Received regulatory approval in India to initiate Phase III clinical trials of
Desidustat in patients with sickle cell disease.
Biotech R&D
• Initiated Phase III clinical trials in India for the second biosimilar antibody drug
conjugate.
Vaccines R&D
• Completed Phase II clinical trials of bivalent Typhoid Conjugate vaccine and
initiated Phase I clinical trials of Chikungunya vaccine in India.
• On the global development front, submitted the dossier of Measles and Rubella
(MR) vaccine to World Health Organization (WHO). The dossier has been
accepted for review.
Other Updates
• Entered into a joint venture agreement with Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Limited
to establish a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Sri Lanka to strengthen
local production and reduce import dependence for the country.
