Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-
POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a Special Window has been opened for a period of one (1) year
commencing from February 05, 2026 and ending on February 04, 2027, for the transfer and
dematerialization (“Demat”) of physical securities which were sold or purchased prior to April 01, 2019 and
which were rejected, returned, or remained unattended due to deficiencies in documentation, procedural
requirements, or otherwise, and also in cases where such securities could not be lodged for transfer prior to
April 01,2019, in the manner prescribed under the aforesaid Circular.
Accordingly, the concerned investors are hereby advised to lodge or re-lodge, as the case may be, the
transfer deeds along with all requisite documents, duly completed in all respects, in strict compliance with
the provisions of the said Circular, with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (“RTA") of the Company. The
details of the RTA are set out hereinbelow:
