Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This has reference to intimation letter bearing reference no. YBL/CS/2026-27/34 dated May 26,
2026, wherein the Bank informed that YES Securities (India) Limited (subsidiary of YES Bank
Limited) received an order dated May 26, 2026 from National Stock Exchange of India Limited
(“NSE”) imposing the prohibition on YES Securities (India) Limited as Trading Member from
onboarding any new clients for a period of 3 months from the date of the order and imposition
of monetary penalty aggregating to Rs. 2 lakhs.
In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), the Bank hereby informs that YES Securities (India)
Limited has complied with the directions of NSE in respect of NSE order dated May 26, 2026, and
undertaken the requisite corrective actions and immediate steps thereby demonstrating a
constructive and cooperative approach in addressing compliance issues and has engaged
proactively with NSE in the verification process.
Accordingly, NSE vide its order dated July 01, 2026 has decided to lift the prohibition imposed
on YES Securities (India) Limited on onboarding of new clients with effect from the date of this
order.
