Change in Role and Designation of Mr. Saravanan C.R from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Chief Growth Officer (CGO). b. Appointment of Mr. Rajeev Bhardwaj as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company. This organizational restructuring is to keep pace with the consolidation and transformation taking place in the IFM industry and create new opportunities for growth. Saravanan has been associated with the Company since 2016. He was appointed as Director Business Operations in 2016. Further with effect from January 01, 2024, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. As the COO he has handled the pan India business operations. Mr. Saravanan has consistently displayed good leadership and exceptional dedication to UDS. His approach to operations management has yielded substantial improvements in productivity and cost efficiency. In his new role as the CGO, he will own new business, new logos, new verticals, new service lines, new markets, strategic partnerships, international expansion opportunities, bids and proposals, commercials and growth strategy. He has held leadership positions with reputed organizations. He has extensive experience in leading large-scale Pan- India operations, driving operational excellence, business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. His core areas of expertise include strategic planning, operational transformation, transition management, quality assurance, business continuity planning, P&L management, process optimization, and leadership of large multi-location teams.
