Revenue growth was driven by higher volumes across project sites & supported by contractual tariff-led escalations. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹45 crore. This moderation was primarily attributable to higher operating expenses, including vehicle hiring and transportation costs at the CIDCO plant. Certain waste disposal transportation activities pertaining to Q4FY26 were deferred to Q1FY27 and undertaken during the quarter, resulting in higher transportation costs and an incremental expense of approximately ₹10 crore. PAT for the quarter stood at ₹0.7 crore, with profitability impacted by a one-time expense of ₹7 crores related to the prepayment of the term loan of Antony Lara Renewable Energy. This was a strategic refinancing initiative that reduced the interest rate by 200 bps, from 10.25% to 8.25%. The lower borrowing cost is expected to deliver recurring interest savings, reduce the finance burden and support stronger cash flow generation from the WtE facility going forward. Operationally, we delivered healthy tonnage growth across segments, supported by improved utilisation, continued ramp-up of existing projects and stronger throughput across project locations. Our C&T and Processing businesses both witnessed steady growth. With a strong order book and an expanding project pipeline, we remain focused on disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation and operational efficiency.
