His resignation was accepted, will be effective from close of business hours on 14th September 2026. Consequently, he shall cease to be Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on 14th September 2026. The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. B. Srinivasan – Vice President (Operations) during his tenure in the Company.
