Consequently, he shall cease to be Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from the said date. The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. S. Balasundaram during his tenure in the Company. The Company has benefitted immensely from his experience, independent judgment, and unwavering commitment. Since the above change in senior management personnel is pursuant to retirement, the requirement of a resignation letter is not applicable in this case.
