Director on the Board of RailTel Corporation of India Limited, in lieu of Shri Rameshwar Meena, with immediate effect, till he holds the post of PED (Signal Modernization). 2. Accordingly, Shri Rameshwar Meena ceased to be Part-time Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 10/08/2026 and Shri Rajesh Gupta would be the Part-time Govt. Nominee Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 10/08/2026. 3. In compliance of the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation 2015, Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities of Shri Rajesh Gupta, and requisite disclosure in this regard will be submitted in due course. 4. The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 regarding cessation of Shri Rameshwar Meena is enclosed as Annexure. 5.
